The student fee is for regular full time students only. Student must send a copy of the valid student ID or the official letter of confirmation issued by the university via e-mail or fax.

- proceedings in CD format
- breaks and lunches from Monday to Friday

WORKSHOP FEE INCLUDES
- attendance at the workshops
- breaks and lunches on Monday and Tuesday only

TUTORIAL FEE INCLUDES
- attendance at the tutorial
- refreshments
CANCELATION POLICY
- Before May 22: the full amount will be refunded except for 25€ (bank fees)
- Before June 10 (included): 50% of the paid amount will be refunded
- After June 10: no refund
